A Steam page exists, but Gravity Game Vision has officially confirmed via the Steam community forums that the Steam release is delayed while it completes Steam's review process. No new release date has been announced. It can already be played via mobile app stores or the PC client from the official website.

Is there a voice cast for the game?

No English or other dubbed voice cast has been announced for Ragnarok: The New World at time of writing.

Who is the game's brand ambassador?

K-pop girl group BABYMONSTER (YG Entertainment) is the official global brand ambassador, first announced in June 2026 ahead of the Southeast Asia Open Beta Test.

What's the max level?

Gravity has not published an official level cap. Community guides describe leveling brackets (roughly 1-20, 20-40, 40-60, and 60+ for MVP/dungeon/PvP content) rather than a confirmed maximum.

How many classes are there?

Eight base classes at launch: Swordsman, Mage, Archer, Acolyte, Thief, Merchant, Gunslinger, and the new Druid class.

What's new about the Druid class?

Druid is a three-form hybrid that switches between a Werewolf melee form, a ranged Wereraptor form, and a Human Arcanist nature-magic form — the first time this style of Druid class has appeared in a mobile Ragnarok game.

Can I switch classes after picking one?

Yes. The Job Freedom system lets a single character swap between every class, with free stat and skill resets each time.

Does gear break if a refine fails?

No. The game advertises safe refining with no level or gear loss on a failed attempt, even up to +15.

Do I need a special account to play?

Yes. Per the Steam listing, you need to create a Gravity account through the game's launcher.

What languages are supported?

English, Indonesian, Thai, and Simplified Chinese, each with full interface, audio, and subtitle support.

Is there a marriage system?
